Developed to help Makers battle covid. Lightweight supply chain management software for ‘clusters’ of micro-manufacturers/Makers.
How this product was used during Covid: During Covid, Makers were trying to coordinate the production, Quality Control, and delivery of PPE to local medical facilities. Using this software, a Regional Coordinator would request local makers to join the cluster and input their making capabilities (3D Printing, sewing, etc). The Coordinator would upload files for what needed to be produced, while the software tracked each Maker, the amount of PPE they produced, and QC reports for each piece of PPE. Once production thresholds were reached, the Coordinator would trigger the Carrier to pick up PPE from each relevant Maker and deliver the product to the proper local medical facility.
